摘要：Encryption is a random of data (plaintext), so the data cannot be recognized anymore its original form (ciphertext). While decryption is the technique to change encrypted data back to its original form (plaintext). The purpose of this application is to perform security for confidential data cannot be read by others. The method of this study is conducted to find written sources until the planning application programming using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. Input and output of the program is made as attractive as possible so easily understood by users.
