摘要：Geographic Information System or abbreviated as GIS is a computer-based system that is currently widely used in various fields such as tourism, industry, education and others for the purpose of mapping and dissemination of information search on an object. What distinguishes GIS with other information systems is the ability to link GIS with geographical data, so it is not merely a modification of conventional maps to digital map form for then printed / copied back, but he was able to save, transform, display, manipulate, and analyze non-spatial data and spatial data from a regional geographic phenomenon. In this thesis, the author makes an application that can link spatial data and non spatial data industry companies who are registered / licensed business in the industrial city of Depok to be easier for users (especially the Department of Industry and Trade of the City Depok) to obtain integrated information between Spatial data and non-spatial data on industrial enterprises are. The application is built using MapInfo 7.8 software and Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0.
