摘要：In this thesis the author tries to analyze the implementation planning of the system ERP software packages at PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber. ERP Software Package System is a computer-based information system. The use of computer-based information system would require that companies prepare for new resources to meet the specifications of the new information system. In this case the author tried to analyze the needs of information resources that need to be prepared by company based on components of information systems: Software, Hardware, Netware, and Brain ware. In addition to analyzing the needs of information resources, the author also analyzes the appropriate methods for the implementation of ERP system software package to all departments within the company. The author hopes that this thesis can provide benefits especially to PT. Masari Dwisepakat Fiber in preparation to implementing the ERP system software package.
