摘要：In this era of free market, there are many competitions among the employee candidates in obtaining work field in an agencies or companies. In conducting the employee hiring, the companies do the process of selecting which one of the ways is by doing psycho test. To deal with the selection process, the employee candidates prepare themselves by looking for information about the psycho, that is, by buying psycho test books circulating in the market to determine the form and description of the test will be faced. However, these employee candidates sometimes ignore the discipline of the using of psycho book in doing psycho test questions especially in the test time limitation or time limitation has been determined. Therefore, the writer creates online psycho application in the form of simulation to answer a series of psycho test questions with a certain time limitation. To create this website the writer using PHP, MySQL and Macromedia DreamweaverMX to overcome the shortcoming of the employee candidates in using of psycho test books.
