摘要：The use of e-learning as a medium of learning is one tool that helps teachers work in the teaching of English language lessons for both regular students and students with special needs. Making e-learning English is displaying web pages where teachers can provide learning materials and questions, and asked the students answered. The subject matter and the matter were made with an interesting animation that used to help students and students with special needs to understand the material. Making e-learning website is designed using UML (Unified Modeling Language) is made with PHP and MySQL for the database, and animation processing software and websites to create content and appearance of the site design.
