摘要：The development of information technology requires more advanced data processing more quickly and accurately, to meet those needs then apply BAKD computerized SIPKD. On the implementation SIPKD however, have not been up to cater to the information required by BAKD. Providing data on current SIPKD is less effective and efficient, such as the slow process of recording new data, it does not complete the requested data, in the delays in making reports, and report delivery process is relatively long and does not match the specified schedule. Availability of data is an important component that must be owned by any company or government agency. This is because the importance of these data to take action, especially in strategic decision-making for the management. Analysis of financial management information system of this region using object-oriented method described by UML. The results of this analysis SIPKD generate some alternative solutions to help overcome the problems of data availability is less effective and efficient.
