摘要：The design of this recruitment system used to manage data prospective employees (applicants) on the PT. Karya Gemilang Teknindo. Data management process can be done in computerized. The resulting data will be stored in a database so that data security becomes more secure and process the data search can be performed more efficiently. In addition to the use of databases, data can be displayed in report form for data collection purposes. The design was created by using Microsoft Office Access 2000 to manage the data and the database. And using Microsoft Visual Basic.NET 2005 as a display interface (interface) and using object-oriented approach. Modeling used the DFD, ERD, and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Reports using Crystal Reports.
