摘要：The Balanced Scorecard concept was introduced by Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton in 1992, which outlines the mission and strategy of an organization into operational objectives and performance benchmarks. The scorecard measures the performance of companies on four perspectives of balanced, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth. With the Balanced Scorecard, full condition of company's overall management can be identified so it can help companies to see past performance and give a view into the future for the company's management to determine company direction and strategy of the future. The purpose of this scientific work reports is to measure overall company performance using the Balanced Scorecard, and restriction on this research refers to the financial perspective. The method used is the Balanced Scorecard. From calculation and analysis, the results show that the overall performance of the company can be said to be well. Dafta Library (2000 - 2008)
