摘要：The SMAN 80 Library is one of the responsible institutions as a source of information for the implementation of teaching and learning process. At this time all the data are stored in the library manually on the ledger, resulting in inefficiency if we return to see the data and the most possibility data is corrupted. In addition members can not know the availability of books without coming to school. The purpose of the design process of this application is to create a website to facilitate student or teacher in borrowing as well as searching books in the library through an online book reservation, besides to facilitate the school in managing the books. Based on the borrowing and repayment procedures in a library book SMAN 80, the design of book reservation application is made by using the PHP programming language to create dynamic websites, MySQL as the database and Dreamweaver as a web editor. With this website the library system at SMAN 80 is coordinated better, admin more easily enter and search the desired data, and data security is more assured. Members more easily search for books and borrow books with these online services.
