摘要:One of human resource planning at the PT. Polytama Propindo is evaluating the performance of human resources. Because of the results of these assessments, PT Polytama Propindo can provide promotion, salary increment or skill up grading to the employees as a form of appreciation to the achievements of the companys employees. In this thesis the author tried to implement an employee performance evaluation system by utilizing the advances of information technology in line with vision and mission of PT. Polytama Propindo. The assessment of the whole employees of PT. Polytama Propindo will be processed by a computerized system. So the assessment information that will determine the future of each employee, becomes more effective and efficient.
