摘要:VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is a communications technology which offers facility by telephone or conversation through the medium of the Internet by using Internet Protocol to provide an electronic voice communication and real-time. In support or facilitate for the telecommunication providers based VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) it is made an application of VoIP Billing system that can be used to monitor usage, tariff setting (charging), counting the bills (billing) automatically, provide billing reports or CDR (Call Detail Record) to the customer within a period fast, accurate and practical. In VoIP Billing System application is the determination of tariff for the customer is made flexible with many parameter combinations which the main parameter is the duration parameters and other support parameters that is made by customer, namely the destination of calling such as country, city, operators, and then on the day of conversation (special day), time (peak / off peak). Flexible in determining the tariff is made to accommodate new needs that might arise along with the development of services. VoIP Billing System application has sufficient management applications with the usage of user access levels that could limit the use of appropriate user with access rights. On VoIP Billing System Application there are four user access levels, namely: admin, management, sales and customers.
