摘要：Keywords: Computer-Based Instructional Materials, Structures and Data Organization 2, Flash 8 ABSTRACT Learning is an event that happens in certain conditions can be monitored, modified and controlled. The ability of students to learn the skills developed through intellectual, verbal information, cognitive strategies, motor skills, and attitudes. Therefore, educators are required to provide learning conditions for learners to achieve certain abilities to be learned by the subject student. Learning process at the University Gunadarma not only through attendance at classes, but also use e-learning, the media are indeed facilitate students in obtaining college material, but the learning is given a one way. Subject Structure and Data Organization as one of the material being taught by the University Gunadarma especially to students majoring in Information Management D3. Most of the material contained in the course Data Structure and Organization in the class given at the meeting. Moreover, to improve the quality of education showed that students need a new learning method that is Active Learning, Innovative, Creative, Effective and Fun (PAIKEM) supported by a computer-based instructional material. This application provides an interactive content with animation, audio, video and comes with an evaluation form about the exercises. A result to be achieved from the making of this learning is that students can understand the course Data Structure and Organization 2. Hopefully, with this application, it can facilitate and improve the quality of teaching and learning process.
