摘要：In this scientific writing, the author discusses about how the investment will occur in the workshop JAYA HARAPAN. By using the methods of business feasibility study is the Net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and Payback period (PP), with the aim of analyzing the feasibility of investment is happening at JAYA HARAPAN workshop. The purpose is to do a feasibility study to avoid excising investment which is too big on JAYA HARAPAN workshop for unprofitable activities. In the project business, in general use assessment methods to measure the profit of this workshop including the NPV method which is the method of calculating the present value difference between the present value assessment invents. With net cash the future is greater than the present value invent, the IRR method can be defined as the interest rate that makes the present value of expected net income will be received at the current value of measuring the amount of capital, and GR method is to measure how fast investment returns with its units on time. Of the three methods, showed that proposal for opening a new branch was acceptable.
