摘要：Investment feasibility is a way to determine the feasibility of investing in a business that the method of calculation is NPV, PI, and PP. The importance of conducting a feasibility study is to avoid the excess of investment which is too large for the business that was not profitable. Formulation of scientific writing is intended to determine the feasibility of investment in the Crescent Star cafes using the income data and costs issued by the Crescent Star cafes for a year. In analyzing the feasibility study of investments in cafes Crescent Star, the author guided the survey and interviews with the Crescent Star cafe. From the research results obtained, the investment feasibility study on internet cafe Crescent Star acceptable to open a new branch with a positive NPV value is Rp. 106,748,206, - the return on investment of less than 2 years is for 1 year, 1 month, 20 days and more than one PI is 2 and the value of IRR of 15.3%.
