摘要：John Q is an interesting film that the writer has ever seen. It teaches your heart. It can bring something different in your life. When the writer was watching this film, she feels sad and cries; because the film is very good and it can teach us about life and health and also about a fathers struggle. This film is talking about father and sons relationship. He always tries to do all his best. Social condition is not supporting his life, because he doesnt have much money to defraying hospital when his son is sick. John is the main character of this film. He has one wish on his life, to make his family happy. Give anything that he can do for his family. He loved his wife very much and to be a good father. He wants to kill him self so that his son is alive life. But he is not a bad man, although he gets some hostages. By using a psychological approach the writer is expected to find out more about the characteristics of John in this film. Finally, the writer found some characteristics of John in this film, they are: John is a hard worker, because he wants to find any job. John is also sacrificing of him self, a loving person because many people love him, emotional or sensitive, and then he feels guilty because he can not make his family happy.
