摘要：The author improves a manual library system to a computerized one, in order to facilitate the users to find books information in a library and to facilitate the library staff to process member data administration, book data and transaction data of books borrowing and returning at the library. In this thesis the author analyzes the existing library systems and develops a new library system by building the system design described by DFD, the database design described by ERD, and the application created by using Visual Basic.NET and Microsoft Access 2003.
