摘要：Records management has evolved into the health information management to support the development of technology. Medical record is no longer merely a summary of the out-patient, progress reports, physician orders sheet, or a resume. Direct reports from the laboratory and pharmacy, x-ray, photography, video, film and sound recordings / audio is also part of a patients clinical data. All the information generated about a patient in a health facility should be classified as part of the medical records. Steganography is the art of hiding messages inside other messages so that other people do not realize there was something in the message. Steganography applications can be used as containers of information for recording medical data in a way to hide data into digital images that can save storage medium and the existence of the data is not known by others. In this application which will be hidden is the image of x-ray. This application is made by using the Java programming language. Java is an object-oriented programming language developed by Sun Microsystems, and are designed so that programs created using Java can run on all platforms, according to the motto write once, run anywhere; in this application will be shown as a container steganography capability for recording information medical data thus saving storage.
