摘要：The absence of lecturer in the lecture activities can be caused by many things. Lecturer Secretariat is a unit that oversees the lectures at the Gunadarma University which is responsible for providing infrastructure facilities and lecture activities, one of which informs the relevant lecturer presence. The author makes an SMS gateway application and WAP-based lecturer attendance information by using Java, PHP, and MySQL, which is only with an SMS lecturer can inform his absences and the information can be accessed via mobile phone that already has a GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) transmission capacity. The aim of the application is to help students who want to see the lecturers attendance information.
