摘要：The thesis discusses about the design of IS-application on controlling Poverty Reduction Program on Bogor City Regional Secretariats program. The design of this IS-application is elaborated by the statements of purpose, entity system, the list of events, data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, process specifications, Entity Relation Ship Diagram (ERD), Normalization, database structure, hierarchical programs, design and login splash screen, menu design, input design, output design, hierarchy Input Process Output (hypo), Input Process Output (IPO) and the flowchart and then it can be designed into an IS-Application by using Visual Basic 6.0. It is expected that application of this system can help the Municipality of Bogor in controlling the activities of the poverty reduction program, which involves activities control process and data processing that require speed and accuracy, so it can be done easy, effective and efficient in time and cost.
