摘要：The development of information technology has become more rapid and extended into the various areas of human life. These developments can not be separated from the world of Internet today. Information can not be separated from the medium of communication, namely language. Language is one of the important needs in the relationship, and also serves as a tool to learn and develop knowledge. In this case the author designs a web-based dictionary prototype to facilitate language learning. The design of the prototype uses PHP programming language and MySQL.
