摘要：key words: feasibility, analysis, research ABSTRACT : Feasibility analysis is the research on whether the project can be implemented successfully. The objective of the feasibility study is to avoid ketelanjuran investments that are too large for the activities that were not profitable. In carrying out the project in general use the method of investment appraisal methods such as payback period method. This method measures how fast the investment can be returned with the unit of time. NPV method is a method that calculates the difference in present value, present value of the investment, the net cash proceeds in the future is bigger than the present value of investment. IRR method can be identified as the interest rate that will make the total present value of expected net revenue to be received equals the amount the present value of capital expenditure.. Based on the research by using the payback period with a 9.8-month period, amounting to USD 2,849,831 NPV method, the method IRR of 22.1% and 33.1% MIRR method. Of the four methods, shows that the proposed investment in Internet Cafes Globe branch established in 2000 is feasible to be realized. Bibliography (1995 2005).
