摘要:One of the problems faced by the company is staffing factor. Each employee has the education, skills, and abilities that are different, making the company should be able to optimize its employees. Placement of employees who are not in accordance with the skill he has will cause the loss for the company, either reduced productivity or performance of the employee. One way to overcome this problem is, using the Hungarian Method.
