摘要:Business success could not be separated from how you are able to satisfy customers. A satisfied customer is an unbeatable advantage. Satisfying customers is the best defense against a rival because of satisfied customers will remain loyal to consume the goods or products produced by the company. Measurement of consumer satisfaction level becomes very important and very beneficial for the company to evaluate its position amid the competition and taking appropriate managerial decisions. Under these conditions, the authors are interested to analyze the level of customer satisfaction in Scholastic Kelapa Gading branch. The survey results revealed that out of 50 respondents sampled in Kelapa Gading branch Scholastic count obtained 33 617 X2 is bigger than X2 table that is equal to 26.29622. then the decision to reject Ho Ha received, which means consumers squeeze satisfied with the services provided by Scholastic Kelapa Gading branch.
