摘要：Search for a profit of magnitude is the ultimate goal of a company or profit-oriented enterprises. The purpose of this study was to determine the objective function and constraint functions to achieve maximum profits, find the optimal capacity and the level of profits derived by an enterprise, knowing the optimal capacity in each of the materials used. From the calculation of the simplex method, the company will achieve maximum profit of Rp. 1,458,299.35 if the company produces as many fried tofu 9683.9274 or 9684 pieces. The conclusion that can be taken is to achieve maximum benefit, companies can use the simplex method in planning for production.
