  • 摘要:Consumer satisfaction is a feeling pleased or disappointed someone as a result of the comparison between the achievements or products are perceived and expected. Quality of services is the expected level of excellence and control over the level of excellence to meet the customer. Analysis of customer satisfaction with Kidz Station Thamrin lotus branch is an analysis to determine customer satisfaction with the performance Kidz Station. From this analysis shows that consumers are satisfied with the location, atmosphere, facilities, products, pricing, and services at Kidz Station branch of Lotus Thamrin.
