  • 摘要:In the company needed a human resources quality in their work. In this business placement FAVORITE BAKERY work done to resolve it by using the method of assignment (Hungarian). Placement of human resources appropriate to their expertise that is necessary for optimum results time, so that the total time the employee acquired in doing the work assigned. Also as a basis for the placement of human resources utilized resources in the placement of related employees, in order to determine the placement of employees on the business conducted FAVORITE BAKERY is in compliance with ability and skill each employee based assignment method to obtain results optimal. From the calculation results obtained, it is known that the time required to produce a type of bread pan with the Assignment Method (Hungarian) is approximately 180.82 minutes, which prior to using the assignment method of about 184.5 minutes with a gap of 3.68 minutes.
