  • 摘要:Each company must be willing to increase the productivity of their employees working, so that corporate goals can be run more effectively and efficiently. The company also sees no meaning if the company does not provide remuneration in the form of bonus motivation. Therefore, it required an effort motivate employees in order to increase work productivity. The purpose of this scientific writing is the author wanted to know the effect of salary and bonus motivation in improving work productivity of employees at PT PANCA wheel tire retreading JAMBI. The research method by observation of the companys researchers went to retrieve the data needed, by way of direct mewancarai company owner, and Library Research is research done by reading a book, magazine, and training in libraries or other outside sources that have anything to do with the discussion. While the determination and analysis of multiple correlation coefficients obtained for 60%, which is influenced by salaries, bonuses and almost reaches 100%, while the remaining 40% is affected by the revenues earned and the number of employees, while the correlation was obtained at 0.77 which means the relationship between productivity, wages , and the bonus is very strong or positive because of values obtained nearing (1). So the salaries and bonuses issued by comparable companies and obtained productivity PT PANCA wheel tire retreading JAMBI also have a major effect on the productivity of employees working.
