摘要:Keywords : managerial processes, feasibility, SME ABSTRACT Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are one important part of the economy of a country or region, not least in Indonesia. Empowerment of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to be very strategic, because the large potential in driving the economic activities of society, and become the cornerstone source of income most people in improving their welfare. This research method is a sampling of non-random and methods used are judgmental sampling method. Qualitative analysis process were using POAC management (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controling), and analysis of the nine aspects of the cycle of entrepreneurship (new business opportunities, financing, marketing, ownership, human resources, organization, leadership, business evaluations, business development). Quantitative analyses are using Payback Period, Net Present Value and B / C ratio and the BEP. Can be concluded that the analysis result and the observations obtained on the SME freshwater crayfish were the managerial processes which are based on management function is good enough. Because of good managerial process, it can produce a smooth cash flow, gain, and maximal production process, and most importantly can achieve its business objectives.
