  • 摘要:Keywords: Motivation, Enthusiasm, Adversity Quotient. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of learning motivation, interest in learning, and adversity quotient on accounting students' academic achievement, weither partially or simultant. A survey is conducted through questionnaires distribution among students in 2006 accounting S1 Faculty of Economics at one of the private university in Jakarta. Finally, data were processed and analyzed by multiple linear regression models, using T test and F test within SPSS version 17. The results showed by using the T test, variables of learning motivation and interest in learning have partial significantly influence on academic achievement. On the contrary adversity quotient variable has not significant affect on students' academic achievement of graduate student in accounting S1 Faculty of Economics of private university in Jakarta. In while using the F test, variable of motivation to learn, interest in learning and adversity quotient have influence students' academic achievement of graduate student in accounting S1 Faculty of Economics of private university in Jakarta.
