摘要:Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty ABSTRACT Increased economic development in Indonesia today, making various automotive industry are competing to create a quality product and superior to its competitors. The motorcycle is a product of an automotive company, which is a means of transportation for personal use, is required for a condition that can satisfy customers. In the tight competition among the automotive industry today, especially a motorcycle, then the increase in customer satisfaction must be considered to achieve improved corporate profits and high customer loyalty. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of variables on customer loyalty in the Honda brand motorcycle products. In this study, use of primary data collected from 110 respondents selected by simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality affects customer loyalty and customer satisfaction affects customer loyalty. From the test results obtained by ANOVA calculated F value is 7.703 with significant level of 0.001. Since 0001 the value of words the variable product quality and customer satisfaction jointly influence on customer loyalty.
