摘要:Keyword : Compensation, Motivation, and Work Productivity ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation of employee productivity. Compensation and motivation is a factor that drives someone to do a particular activity, and therefore any activity held by a person must have a factor which encourages such activity. Therefore, the driving factor of a person to make a person needs and desires. The data used were qualitative primary data obtained trough survey by distributing questionnaires to 52 respondents who are permanent employees at PT PLN (PERSERO) APL CONDET, East Jakarta. The analysis used to process data such as validity the re-ability test, normality test, the classical assumption, correlation, and regression analysis using SPSS software version 17. The conclusion of this study indicate that the result of SPSS output compensations and motivation has an influence on employee productivity and have positive relationship for the company, it can be said that the compensation and motivation can assist in achieving corporate goals.
