  • 摘要:Keywords: Compensation, Discipline, Work Motivation, Work Productivity ABSTRACT Compensation, discipline, and motivation are very important in relation to productivity. Compensation and good discipline will encourage employees to work better, and high motivation to work will encourage employees to achieve business success, which in turn will drive increased employee productivity. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, discipline, and motivation to work productivity of employees of PT. Kukdong International. The data used are primary data collected from 100 respondent’s employee of production of PT Kukdong International and measured using a questionnaire which tested the validity and reliability. Technique of sampling is using simple random sampling. Data was analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that compensation, discipline, and work motivation partially and simultaneously affect employee productivity. Discipline is the most dominant variable in affectivity of work productivity that follows work motivation and compensation.
