摘要:Keywords : Entrepreneur Intention, Needs For Achievement, Self Efficacy, Intrumental Readiness ABSTRACT The entrepreneurship is one of instrument which decides the development of the economy. The purpose of this observation is to measure the result of the commitment variable, and the self concept, and to analyze the influence of the needs for achievement, self efficacy, intrumental readiness, working experience, achievement of the academics and genre of the entrepreneurship intention between Javanese and Non-Javanese. The kind of the data which is used is the primary data. The method of this observation is to surveying the approximation of descriptive analyze to see the standard deviation and mean for the commitment variable and the self concept and also the function of this observation is to examine the factors which influence the intenttion of the student’s entrepreneurship. The method of the observation is using the questionnaire which filled by 105 correspondents. This observation uses the random sampling method. The data is prepared and analyzed by the helper, SPSS application. The analyst’s instrument is the test of the validity, reliability, and multiple regresions. The result of this observation shows that the commitment variable and self concept can create the entrepreneurship such as the need for the achievement, self commitment, emphatic, competitive skill, innovation, adaptive, has future orientation, the work motivation, the family interaction, social-economics condition, corporation of the students from Java and the market exertion, the capability of the leadership, the self control, the independent, risk taker, extrovert, confidentce, hard working, motivation to be creative, the physic condition of the student’s Non Javanese area. self efficacy variable, intrumental readiness, the academic’s achievement influence the intenttion of the student’s Javanese entrepreneurship. Needs for achievement, intrumental readiness, and work experiences were influence the intenttion of the student’s Non-Javanese entrepreneurship.
