(xi + 40 + Appendix) ABSTRACT Quality of good service from a restaurant is a thing most important in giving satisfaction to the consumer. Quality of service is good also to give a good image at the dinner. Consumers satisfaction can be viewed in terms of reliabil- ity, form, speed, security and attention. To determine cus- tomer satisfaction with service levels at the Seafood Restau- rant Pista, then distributed questionnaires to 50 respon- dents consumers Seafood Pista. In this paper the authors use a Likert scale as an analytical tool to determine the ef- fect of customer satisfaction with service levels. From the research, Seafood Restaurants Pista to give satisfaction to consumers, as well as the highest quality variables contained in the dimension of reliability (reliability) that is equal to 188.
