The purpose of this research is to know the symptoms of Post Power Syndrome and determine the factors that cause a person experiencing Post Power Syndrome. To collect the data in-depth interviews and non-participant observation were employed in the study. The number of the subjects consisted of two people who have undergone pension for a minimum of six months. The finding of this study indicates that both subjects experience symptoms of post power syndrome. The physical symptoms in both subjects are the changes in vision, hearing, and sensory motor decline after retirement. Emotional symptoms in both subjects after retirement can be seen in subject 1. He feel stressed and sad because he was retired and could not do anything else, except that subjects also experienced a decline in self-esteem. In subject 2, the change is in the emotion. When the subject was confused, he keeps silence at home.
