Learning is a key term the most vital term in any educational effort. Individual achievement of the learning process referred to as academic achievement. Individuals who have high academic achievement will be able to compete in various fields. Many factors can affect one's academic achievement. Internal factors that can affect one's academic achievement is the intelligence and motivation to learn. This study aims to test whether intelligence and motivation jointly influence high school students' academic achievement. The subject of this research is that all students of grade II, SMA Negeri 99 Jakarta. The number of the population is 180 students. Data analysis was conducted using method of parametric studies of multiple regression analysis techniques. The result of the analysis shows that intelligence and motivation influence significantly the students academic achievement.
