摘要：บทความนี้นำเสนอถึงประเด็นปัญหาคุณภาพของเยาวชนไทย จากผลการประเมินคุณภาพในระดับชาติและระดับนานาชาติ ที่สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงปัญหาการจัดการเรียนรู้ ตามแนวทางที่สอดคล้องกับหลักสูตรปัจจุบันที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญ และนำเสนอการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบผู้เรียนเป็นผู้ลงมือปฏิบัติ (Active Learning) พร้อมทั้งเทคนิคที่ใช้สำหรับการจัดการเรียนรู้ สำหรับครูและผู้บริหารสถานศึกษานำไปใช้สำหรับการปรับวิธีเรียน เปลี่ยนวิธีสอน และสร้างคุณภาพผู้เรียนตามหลักสูตร The results of PISA, TIMSS and NIETS found that the quality of Thai students was at a decreased or unsatisfactory level, although, the Ministry of Education of Thailand educational reformpolicy had been implemented for more than ten years. This paper presents Thai educational background, instruction problems, and the techniques to solve problems by active learning process in accordance with standard based curriculum. It also, includes techniques of active learning process for administrators and teachers to be applied for academic change and students quality development.
