摘要：Mobile Ad Hoc Networks are characterized by the absence of fixed infrastructure, rapid topology change and high node mobility. These characteristics determine that wireless ad hoc network is more vulnerable to malicious attacks than the traditional Internet. Among many malicious attacks, a novel method is proposed to eliminate Black Hole attack. The proposed scheme is simple with low-overhead security mechanism during route discovery to secure the established route from potential attacks. The paper concludes that the proposed security model works well for heavily loaded networks with high mobility and can be extended to eliminate many other attacks.
