摘要：Every decision is made within its special environment, which is consisting of all available alternatives and values. Having a mechanism that enables us to estimate the weight or the impact of values on the final decision will help us to enhance our decision depending on our need. Based on truth value and truth-functional structure, this paper introduces new method and algorithm to estimate the weight of values. The method is discussed in detail and the algorithm is tested and verified.
