  • 摘要:In today's scenario, a large scale of engineering and scientific applications requires high performance computation power in order to simulate various models. Scientific and Engineering models such as Climate Modeling, Weather Forecasting, Large Scale Ocean Modeling, Cyclone Prediction etc require parallel processing of data on high performance computing infrastructure. With the rise of cloud computing, it would be great if such high performance computations can be provided as a service to the users, reducing the costs and overhead in maintaining such a system. But before such a high performance cloud computing model can be introduced, it is very important to address the security issues and challenges to ensure its long term sustainability. Proper security assessments and techniques must be present before such a system can be implemented.
