摘要：Java RMI is the computational model used to develop distributed systems in the Java language. Although widely used in the construction of distributed systems, the use of Java RMI is limited because this middleware does not allow asynchronous method invocations. This paper presents FlexRMI, a Java based system that supports asynchronous invocations of remote methods. FlexRMI is completely implemented in Java, making use of the reflection and dynamic proxy facilities of this language. The implementation is also compatible with standard Java RMI distributed systems.
