摘要：The library construction level is an important indicator of society civilization improve degree, is an important position for building a learning society, is the hall for people cultivate sentiments and increase learning knowledge, is an important basis for the construction of public cultural service system facilities, is an important way for all levels of government to protect their cultural rights and interests of the masses of the people. Network technology and computer technology, such modern information technology progress makes network dissemination of information began to reach unprecedented depth and breadth.
