摘要：In order to improve the efficiency and quality of services provided to citizens (and/or businesses), Public Administrations (PAs) are constantly trying to turn their services into electronic-oriented ones (e-Government). Achieving interoperability and security in this area is a challenging task. In this paper, we define a middleware to ensure the interoperability of the information systems in the domain of e-government, while guaranteeing some security properties. We propose an applicative protocol integrated in the middleware. A case study was developed to validate the suggested framework.
