摘要：The information of car fault by car breakdown symptoms is the important thing to note. In this study created on expert system to detect damage to the car by using Classification And Regression Tree (CART) Method. CART method is a method of classification with decision tree modeling. The input from this study is the data derived from the expert. This study includes three main processes, namely the identification of the input stage. Stage of learning and classification stage. The learning stage produces the decision tree output as a rules detection of car damage. The classification stage produces the output in the form of car damage detection results based on the symptoms that entered by the users.
