摘要：A general theorem on a mth order difference equation is presented. Specific illustration is given to support our claim. This leads to a creation of noise removal operator which can remove additive and multiplicative noises presenting in any digital image. Samples are shown to explain this new creation of mask in the field of image analysis and machine vision.
