摘要：This model is for Burr type distribution with three parameters which is discussed in two versions - the Burr type III and Burr Type XII. In this paper, we compare the performance of two versions of the suggested model is tested on five real time software failure data sets. The versions perform with variable accuracy, which suggest that no universal �best� among the two versions of the model could be attained.
