摘要：This study investigated the level of learning organization practices adopted by financial services inPakistan. This study provides some interesting and new insight to human resource developmentmanagers regarding new trends of learning organization trends in Pakistan. Data was collectedfrom 88 branches of managers of a leading financial service institution. Data revealed someinteresting insight that Pakistani financial services companies are adopting learning organizationprincipals. The current studies results had also revealed that learning organization is considered asan important factor in services sector of Pakistan. Recommendations are also discussed in thisstudy.
