摘要：Defining the urbanization process in Beius Land, one of the mostrepresentative mental spaces in Romania is maybe the best way todeconstruct the glorious urban future myth. The present paper highlightsurban issues linked to the communist heritage and the post-communistpresent of the three new towns in this area. The central idea of the study isto show if the three towns are engaged in a restructuring process or they arejust going along with a spatial inertia, generated by the local developmentpole, which is the city of Beius.
