摘要：The paper presents an application program for personnel files of a unit. The application works in multi-user and network environment. It is developed to work with the Microsoft SQL Server database in network environment and to work with the MS Access database when network is not functional and to allow data synchronization between the local and the main database. The alpha version of the application program is finished and it is on a test drive now.
