摘要：Growing importance of technical factors in warfare is evident as well as their tendency to dominate. Always keeping pace with the latest achievements of modern armies in highly developed countries with powerful military industries, the Yugoslav Army directed its technical and technological development in accordance with the possibilities of the country itself. The major contribution to the development, procurement, supply and maintenance of YA technical equipment has been made by technical service during decades of its activities. Ranked in a number of organizational structures, on all commanding levels, the administrative and executives bodies of technical service provide a required level of operational readiness, efficiency and reliability of arms and military equipment. With strong support in logistics and human resources, the YA technical service responds readily to the technical and technological challenge on the boundary of two millenia.
